Ever since I told someone about that night, I’ve been told to stay strong, keep my head up, don’t let people get to me and don’t let them win. ive tried all of those things, sometimes being strong isn’t enough. My mom doesn’t realize that I’m no where near strong enough to deal with all of this and I need her to help me and to hold me up. I know she has done her best and so have my friends, but I just keep sinking further and further down. I have everyone fooled, I act tough and okay but inside I’m hurt, and I cant ACT anymore, I am so tired of pretending I wish they could see how I really feel.

then stop pretending. you dont have to pretend that you are strong enough, sometimes you just have to break down and start crying because that’s the only thing that will make you feel better. talk to someone in your life and or write it all out, just let out all your feelings, dont bottle them up inside of you. talk to someone, and i know you are bored of hearing this, but stay strong, you are strong enough, you made it this far, dont give up now, hold on. dont pretend to be okay when you are not, talk to your mom, and let her know that you need her support right now

    1. Don’t be afraid to cry. Cry to yourself. Cry to the wall. Cry to a dog. Let these feelings and emotions out

    2. Accept the help people are giving you. Even if you think it’s not enough, these people are the superglue to your emotions

    3. Things will always get better. People fail to realize that the sun always rises and that you can’t predict everything in the future… no matter how hard you try

    4. Smile more and eat chicken noodle soup and lay in fuzzy blankets and read books. Forget about the real world for a while .x
